Also, if everything else fails and I wish to re-install Windows 10, which method would be the most recommended: from USB orDVD burned from ISO?

Am I right to assume that I can reinstall Windows 10 merely from the 'mounted' ISO?

You can repair the windows OS by running setup.exe from the mounted ISO

Anyway Kyhi, Image Health is a great tool - will be using it for multiple purposes on all my PCS.

If my Windows 10 PC is unstable and prone to crashing (at random percentages) during reinstall, would it be better to boot from the USB and install it from there? Or any other suggestions?

    Thank you!

If you are having issues with the upgrade... Then yes try booting from the Setup Media and doing a clean installation of windows 10

So, I guess I will be needing the ShowKeyPlus to reveal the key, which will be required for clean installation from booting?

So sorry for the noob questions, especially since this specific PC has been disastrous in every single attempt in an exhaustive list - so I am getting paranoid about being sure that I will screw up something :'(

you can clean install windows 10 on the PC - just skip the Key Input screen..

once on-line the OS will activate via Digital Entitlement -

Thinking that before I clean install from boot, I would like to try every possible remaining way first.

Explored every dism command option in powershell -> unsuccessful

I tried putting the WinSxS folder (copied from my 'perfect' similar type of Windows 10 PC) on F drive and running the below command:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:F:\WinSxS /LimitAccess -> unsuccessful

So my last resort now is to use the log files (after sfc scannow halts at 96%) to try find the problem files and replace them manually from my other 'good' Windows 10 PC.
Couldn't make sense confidently of what is wrong from the sfcdetails and CBS log file (attached).

    May I ask for help?

    Thank you!

There's a program out there called sfcfix. It is supposed to fix the problem you are having with SFC not being able to repair corrupted files. I haven't used it but it may be worth at try.

The Tech Cookbook Automatic SFC Corruption repair (SFCFix.exe)

Thank you so much for the link/tool! I tried it, but unfortunately at the dism stage it gave the same message as my previous attempts (with other means), and hence couldn't proceed to yield the auto-analysis to identify the problem files.
