Did you try option 1 in option 3?
Selecting option 1 within option 3 of image health provided the same result " Error: 1392 The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable."

DISM attempts to initialize files several times but fails almost everytime.
Please try an in-place upgrade

I waited a few days then did the in-place upgrade. This resolved the problem. I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for your help - it is deeply appreciated.
