Thanks for all the help. :) I'll get that Arctic Silver cleaner and paste, and see if I can make it work. And if I can't, I'll be back here to ask for more instructions.

I just noticed something in your hwinfo screen. cpu0 is churning @67% 1,2,3 @30%. Something is running that has an affinity set to only use 1 processor, not spread it out on all 4. That can cause some issues. If it heats up high when playing games, check your NVidia GPU settings, it may be overtaxing the one cpu. Again, @COMPUTIAC had similar issues. Maybe he can explain better.
The only thing I recall I did was update the the GPU driver's to the newest one's.
You will have to go to the NVidia site and choose the correct one for the card you have.
I'm not experienced enough to suggest the correct one for you.
Maybe someone else can pick out the correct one ?
The overheating and crashing problem's with my lappy were corrected by replacing the
thermo paste and updating the GPU driver.
It has been fine since.
This is a link for info on NVidia driver's, a new one was released today.

All right, updating graphics driver as well.
Just posting here again to say that I re-applied the thermal paste and it seems to have resolved the issue of overheating. It went a little messier than I'd hoped, but at least I know how to do it now, lol.
