    That's just the Bandwidth ...Speed ....not how much memory the GPU is using!!! Which in your case is very little by the spec's I looked up.

    I've asked you twice to run Speccy but I don't see that you have.....don't know where your getting these spec's.... but your memory spec's are not showing the type of memory sticks you installed...

    Computer memory and what is on your graphics card are completely different They don't share ....

    So the ram is not compatible? What 4gb one should i buy, can you link me to one please on amazon. (As this is where the refund will go)

    That's what I wanted to see....you didn't buy the same kind of memory as you already had installed.
    Max Bandwidth PC3-10700 (667 MHz)
    Max Bandwidth PC3-12800 (800 MHz)

    Their not the same ....that's why it does not work correctly.
    If I was you I would buy a MATCHED PAIR then install them. That should work.

    Go to the memory finder on Newegg's site and then answer the questions about your computer, then it will tell you what type of memory you should buy.....then write it down, and if you want....get it from Amazon ....

    Dont even bother with newegg, go to crucial.com and scan your system, it will then tell you what they sell in combo packs that are compatible...
