    HELP Latency Issues Windows 10

Hello I've been experiencing issues with my computer for about 3 weeks now and I finally found the problem. For some reason after leaving my computer on for a long time, or downloading, surfing the internet, streaming sites like youtube, etc... My computer slows down, freezes, and spikes to lag hell. while streaming youtube videos the audio and video will begin to lag and play in slowmotion. I finally downloaded LatencyMon and found the issues are from "ndis.sys - Network Driver Interface Specification (NDIS), Microsoft Corporation) and (dxgkrnl.sys - DirectX Graphics Kernal, Miicrosoft Corporation). I did a clean install of my nvidia drivers of an older version 362.0 and that solved nothing, I also removed my realtek audio and network adapters and replaced them with older windows 8 versions. The only change I noticed is ndis.sys seems a little better on LatencyMon at startup and idle, but it's still bad after trying to download or stream. If anyone has a solution that would be great. It's not a virus and I've done multiple restores and clean installs of windows with no results. I finally bought a new hard drive thinking it would solve the issue but on this new drive I'm getting the same results. Please Help.Click image for larger version.

Hi, if you search for e.g. 'stuttering' or 'latency' using the search box above, you will find other threads posted about latency issues. These are not easy to address - ideally you would see threads marked Solved in the title.

One person who did resolve this found he had to install
    Intel Rapid Storage Driver
for his SSD (don't know if you've got a SSD).
And very shortly afterwards, a BIOS update that came out.

E.g. some I found for you:
Audio crackling due to nvlddmkm.sys Nvidia driver latency issue - Page 2 - Windows 10 Forums
Terrible DPC Latency - Windows 10 Forums
Random Stuttering / DPC Latency Nightmare - Windows 10 Forums

Would suggest you search first and see if anything helps, then post back with exactly what you've tried.
