    Disk cleanup problem

Hi, the disk cleaner of my system (its laptop with Windows 10 preinstalled on it) doesn't work or doesn't work properly. When trying to clean a SSD Windows drive I check all the files that are to be purged, hit the 'clean" button, it shows me working and deleting, but at the end nothing happens, I see the same amount of space as it was before I did the cleanup and when opening again the disk cleaner I see the same files that were supposed to be cleaned. Where is the problem and what I'm doing wrong?

Paste this in your command prompt admin
    %SystemRoot%\System32\Cmd.exe /c Cleanmgr /sageset:65535 & Cleanmgr /sagerun:65535

How do I do it? I simply placed it in the search window, it opened a cleaning window, I checked all the desired options, but nothing was cleaned again...

But where do I found it? I see in command prompt (what is Admin command prompt?) merely the line C:/users/<my username>.

    Should I past this line %SystemRoot%\System32\Cmd.exe /c Cleanmgr /sageset:65535 & Cleanmgr /sagerun:65535 after C:/Windows /system 32> I bit afraid to mess with it as I'm not a IT specialist
