    Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) 1218-V is what it says but I had to install the driver after reverting back to Windows 8. For some reason I did not have a network driver and windows could not find one. I ended up going to intels website to get it. Windows doesn't find any error with the network adapter and It's up to date apparently.

    if when you upgrade to 10 again use the Edge Browser
    It is fast for you tube
    Does not stutter or run slow for me on any of my systems

    Thanks for the reply, but it's not the browser causing the problem. Every browser I try has the same problem so it's something else entirely.

    Try that utility and see if your hard disk is damaged causing the slowdowns.

    Well, now at least you can discard the hard disk as a cause of the slowness.
