Here's the thing. Temperatures are reported by the hardware as a negative offset from TJMax. The software then adds what it thinks is the correct TJMax for the processor to the reported temperature. If the software uses the incorrect TJMax, the temperature will be off. Different software may use different Tjmax.
From what what I have been able to find, TJMax = 90 seems right for that processor. But what is being reported by the hardware is that you are 90-82 = 8c degrees away from TJMax. That number (8c) is correct and means your processor is running really hot. you are only 8 degrees from thermal throttling of the processor.
