Task Mgr Startup - Can I disable these?

Anyone know if I can safely disable anything here not already disabled? I'm experiencing instability during startup (freezing, taking too long, task bar not showing up, etc). Thank you.

The blue ones wont screw anything up if disabled.
The yellow ones...maybe. Try at your own risk.

Thanks for the reply. I now only have these enabled (even I don't really know what many of these do). Seems to help. I'll go w/this for awhile and see how it goes.

NoConsoleExe, BACK Monitor: I have no idea what these are, they're not part of the system. Probably some app you installed.
The others are Intel and Lenovo and probably came with the computer. Whether they are needed or not depends on what exactly they are.
I wouldn't mess with them.
