    Black Screen after Log on

Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here. After a minute on log on it go to a black screen, stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen, lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?

O.k. so it never leaves this black screen or fixes itself even on a restart and cursor is there ?
Again any Windows 10 media ? Could say that Black Screen of Death, but not Blue Screen of death with a error code.

Can be due to Video card or it's drivers, but would suggest getting Windows 10 ISO.
Have a integrated card can hook monitor to ?

Just add a video card or always had it on this motherboard ? No integrated graphics so can not try that.

Try option 1 here when you make the disc or USB Flash Drive, only can boot to the advanced options if it is a UEFI BIOS https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2...a.html#option1
Want to know if you get a picture in safe mode

Put old hard drive with windows 7 back in computer and it booted Perfect. Put Windows 10 hard drive back in and same problem, goes to user log on OK then screen turns black. Left it on for a hour and still have black screen, but screen saver bubbles are working? Does the same thing thing in Safe Mode, think I need to roll back display driver. Don't know how to get there,I can get to task manager when on black screen. All suggestions are welcomed.
