    windows 10 latency problems on new computer!! (sad face)


    Hey there,
    first things first- im new here, so hey there to everyone and thank you for giving your time helping my problem!

    I bought a new computer a week ago with the specs below:
    core i5-6500 3.2ghz
    gigabyte h110-a motherboard
    western digital cavier 1tb hdd
    sandisk 120gb ssd
    amd radeon r9 390 gb gddr5
    and an activated windows 10.


    since ive bought the pc, im encountring sudden audio stuttring acomppanied by the video being reversed and than fast played (weird shit).. every ten to 15 mins i just get this freaky lag and system freeze with a sound stuttring..
    ive checked the components of the pc at the store and they were fine, and ive also updated all of my drivers with a new version of iobit driver updater!..
    ive downloaded latencymon and dpc latency and the results are anoying,..
    how do i solve this shit?

    its a new pc and i cant stand the fact that im not getting decent latency rates with it... it should be just fine considering its costs !

    I'm a bit confused . . .

    The report says you're running Windows 8, 64 bit 6.2 Build 9200, but you say you're running an activated Windows 10?

    The DPC Latency Checker is invalid for Win 8/8.1/10 (says that on their web site).

    As Latency Mon says it is OK, are you using Wi-Fi? Wi-Fi is a known cause of your problems. There are others that vary from PC to PC and each has to be handled on a case by case basis.

    As you have a Gigabyte motherboard, is the Gigabyte Easy Tune (I think latest version is 6) installed? It is also a known cause of your problems.

    Well I do use WiFi adapter but it is connected to my computer via cable. And also Im currently using gigabytes h110m-a mobo and don't have the program your talking about... Well what do I do then? The previous computer also had this problem in smaller amounts though

    Are your video and audio drivers up to date ? A new pc is not a garantee that your drivers are up to date.
    Second, did this issue happens with all kind of videos format or just with 4k ultra HD videos ?
