Boot not that fast

    Another strange thing is that my reboot is faster than a cold start.
    From what I understandood fastboot does not work for restart... so ... wtf ?
    The difference is about 5s. It's close to the impact time of my 4TB seagate ...

    Just find out the culprit: Raxco PerfectDisk
    It's the main culprit but AHCI driver does have an impact too: for me the best one is the standard one from microsoft. Using intel ahci driver (official version from MSI or intel site) slows down sequencial read and I loose about 3-4s at boot.
