Hi, from a quick scan
- your PC is fine in Safe Mode (good).
- system and compressed memory is taking far too much CPU time in normal mode.

Did you work thru the clean boot diagnostic sequence? I can't see that in the above, but may have missed it.
Clean Boot - Perform in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts - Windows 10 Forums

I.e. stop added things running and see if idle CPU use is ok.

(What you lose by dual booting is your system restore points, apparently, if yuo use system restore (off by default in win 10) )

If the problem originates from an installed program, then a clean install of Win 10 would eliminate the problem, of course. On the other hand if somehow it were driver related, say, no.

Of course in Safe Mode, some drivers are not loaded, and we know it's ok in Safe Mode.
If it's ok after a clean boot, with all drivers loaded, that would be good.
