Urgent help with PC that wont stay in sleep mode!

I really need some help. I have a custom built PC. Ever since then I haven't been able to go into sleep mode. As soon as I click Sleep the system powers down for few seconds then powers straight back on to show me login screen. For better insight on the issue I would suggest looking at >this<. The link directs you to Microsoft Community website, and what you will see is my thread asking for help. Knowing Microsoft Community I feel as if they just give basic steps then thinking out of the box so that's why i'm here.

What I've tried so far is doing a reset with Windows 10 Pro to wipe everything but keeps files on SSD which is my primary. I disconnected my HDD which is for gaming and music so that it wont get touched. As I'm typing this the issue hasn't been fixed. The only thing that I did was some updates for OS, and that's it! I'm completely puzzled by what is happening.

    Please help! Thanks in advance.

I read this elsewhere, someone suggested look in device manager, and see if you can find any unrecogized devices that have "Wake this computer" Ticked, then simply un-tick and apply.

P.S I recommend trying hibernate, it works just as well :)

Hibernate doesn't work as well. I never mention it as I wanted to focus more on sleep because I thought it be too much work on fixing both.

I did do a reset on my OS but still the problem is there.

Ok, when the problem occurs again, check event viewer, (I recommend checking application and system tabs) it should tell you what is happening.

Well I'm unsure on what we're trying to look at. I do see bunch of events happening related to sleeping but googling them just gives me different answers to what I'm looking for. These are same events that happen every time I go into Sleep. idk for Hibernate but I would guess it would be same.

Shame it doesn't tell you what is waking your PC, did you check the "applications" tab and did you find anything from that sort of time?

    Try:
    powercfg -lastwake

in a command prompt. Don't know if it needs to be an elevated ("run as administrator") command prompt or not.

If something is waking the computer that you don't need to wake it, then you can disable it with:

    powercfg -devicedisablewake devicename

I'm just getting this info from TechNet, I have not actually done it myself:
    Powercfg Command-Line Options

idk if i didn't make this clear but I mention I put in a link that directs you to covering all of what I've done on Microsoft Community. It just saves me time then reposting it all here.

Entering powercfg -lastwake sometimes gives me nothing or Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0 (Microsoft). I cannot disable nor uninstall it as I believe it's a vital driver for my USB ports to work (I did try uninstalling it lol).

It's something that is plugged into a USB port, probably, that is waking the computer - not the port itself. I would start with going to the keyboard in device manager, select the power tab, uncheck the option to allow to wake computer. If you don't want the mouse to wake the computer, you can do the same with the mouse.

Well I'm certainly annoyed with CMD misleading answers and I feel like idiot. With everything set to not wake up computer especially the keyboard which shouldn't be off the PC finally goes into sleep mode. Now to me that makes no sense at all on why the PC wakes up to a keyboard with no physical input, and why CMD can't pick it up. If CMD told me it was keyboard I would of solved this ages ago. Another strange thing is that with keyboard off it's fine but with keyboard off and mouse on the PC wont sleep.

I'll wait for few answers on a fix if there is one if not I'll mark as solved. Thanks for replies.

    EDIT

PC wont go into sleep mode on its own if I were to set Turn off monitor in 1 minute and Put computer to sleep in 1 minute. I
