DISM error code 8: Not enough storage space is available to process...

I am attempting to create an image using DISM. I have tried capturing the image to two different network sources as well as a local share/USB drive, and all three end up failing at 67%, and give me:
    Error Code 8
Not enough storage space is available to process this command

I have plenty of space in all of the places that I have tried to capture the files to. One strange thing to note is that I have successfully imaged this machine as a test. Now that I have all of the software that we need on it, it seems to be having issues.

If anyone has experience in fixing this issue, I'd love to know what you did. My log file is attached, but nothing seems to be standing out at me right now..
