Hi all,

Installed Windows 10 a while ago, and have just now gotten around posting somewhere about this issue.

Basically, my laptop will not fully enter sleep or hibernate modes, and the fans and keyboard lights will stay on. This seems to only happen when I have my laptop plugged into power, as it hibernates and sleeps normally when not connected to power. I ran powercfg /energy, but I'm not entirely certain how to interpret the results.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
