yes, ISO file is also on D:
Try these 2 commands first:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore
Then use:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:WIM:D :\Install.wim:1 /LimitAccess
Ok, on it...

Do these take considerably longer than the others? Been looking at this with the cursor sitting on the end blinking for about 25 mins now, I'm thinking its hung.
Gonna restart both commands in new window.

Now run sfc /scannow as shown in my first post.
NOTE: Might have to run sfc multiple times until you get the message: Windows did not find any integrity violation.
