Other Suggested Win 10 Pro Optimizations?

Now that build 10586 has gone public I've finally switched my main desktop PC over to 10 Pro from Windows 7. I took the safe route and did an upgrade install first, then a reset, and I'm starting to apply tweaks to get the most from it.

My OS drive is an SSD, so I've ensured that TRIM is operating correctly, punted the swap file onto a fast conventional HD (hardly need a swap file anyway), disabled indexing etc. and now I'm getting round to things like pinning the cpl "God Mode" shortcut in the Start menu, and enabling system restore while I sort out a little driver issue. I've also set my wifi connection as metered to give me at least some control over updates, and made my choices over what telemetry I'll tolerate.

The bottom line is, I've got my system running nicely but I'm still looking at it with the eyes of a died in-the-wool Windows 7 user. Do more experienced Windows 10 users have any must-have tweaks they'd recommend? And any new ways of doing things that I'm likely missing?

    @ GammyKnee:

    Welcome to the forums! :)

I would suggest applying your favorite tweaks in the Control Panel, as I'm sure you're accustomed to, then also investigate tweaks in a similar fashion in Settings, ('Modern Settings')
Many Settings and Control Panel settings work in conjunction with each other, either that, have been disabled or discontinued. Play around with them a while to familiarize yourself with them.

If you have favorite reg tweaks, they should work in W10; there are many posted here in the forums, from reliable sources.

The most significant of 'New Ways' of doing things has to be the Apps.
A couple weeks of serious investigating and 'playing' and you should be well into Windows 10!
