Laptop keeps freezing and no responce

Does that means sfc found corrupt files but unable to repair ?

1. You did not have to run dism...... restorehealth option if your sfc /scannow told you there was no integrity violation.
2. Does any of those help solve your issue or problem still persists ?

No I saved both results. I just didn't bother to upload first time. It was just to show you both results mate.

Question is ................... does the suggestion solve the problem ?

Will have to wait and see buddy, it only seems to happen when I have the computer on for a while. Sometimes straight away. But mostly when it's been on a while.

I hate to be bearer of bad news, but I don't think the problem is resolved.

Will do thank you for your help. Would like someone to answer the bios question. I think that may be the problem.
