Security Alert - Office File Validation

I have several, rather large, Excel files. When I open one I get a window that
says ..."Security Alert - Office File Validation"... .

I did a Google search on it and get a lot of TechNo Babble that I don't understand.

How can I get rid of this pop up without major surgery ? It has only been
appearing since I upgraded to Windows 10.

What version of Office are you using?

If you won't say what version of Office you are using then I can't help you. Maybe a mid reader will come along.:)

I am running Office 2007.

Guess I didn't answer fast enough ...
