Windows 10 problems in laptop and pc.

Hello. This is my first time in this forum. Hope i'm not writing this in the wrong section.

First of all, i want to tell you that i have a laptop and a pc. My laptop is upgraded to W10 and my pc is in progress.
There are several problems. Questions are underlined. tldr version available below.

    First, for my laptop.
-After installation, it doesn't show my desktop. I need to use task manager to show it. Is this normal?
-As it shows, the taskbar doesn't work. I used the command for powershell and nice amount of restart, and it works. But, this problem appears again. I need to do the same thing again and i don't want this to happen anymore. How to prevent the taskbar error?

    Second, for my pc.
    *solved

    tldr :
    1. Why my desktop don't appear after installation?
    2. The taskbar doesn't work. After a hard work, it's fixed. But, it doesn't work again. Done the same thing and fixed again. Any way to stop this chain?

2 questions, hope you could understand what i write. Any helps appreciated. Thank you!

While Windows Explorer is loading it also loads any startup applications. One of them has problems causing the delay. Press Win+R to open a run dialog and then execute msconfig. Go to the services tab and check the box to hide all Microsoft services. Uncheck the box to disable any non-important service and click Apply. Then go at Startup tab and click Open Task Manager. Disable any non-important startup application. Most of these are updaters (Google update, Java update etc) or "quick-starters" (QTtask etc). You don't need everything loading at startup! You can manually start it when you need it, so disable them. Restart your computer and you should be OK. If you again experience delays and other issues, it is a good idea to search for malware. One good free tool is Malwarebytes Antimalware and Spybot. No need to pay, the free versions should be enough to eliminate any suspicious item from Registry and your files.
