Lost about 8 gb windows file

    Hi,

    Beware NOT to delete the hidden MSOCache folder. Unless you did a full install of Office it contains files which Office uses whenever extra features are demanded by the application that were not as yet installed.

    Be safe and make a reliable backup before you dig into the art of house cleaning.

    It's perfectly OK to delete this folder If and only If you have the Installation media (DVD/USB) available so if you ever need to add/remove features from MS Office, just run the setup from the installation media. No need to leave it in there taking up space.

    Well i have appeared to have solved the problem and deleted unneccesary files and not a problem has happened i have indeed made a backup before i did this.
