Errors in my bootlog resulting in very long load times, help me please

So in my bootlog i have a dozen of BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED lines as seen in this screen shot of my bootlog... Errors in my bootlog resulting in very long load times, help me please-bootlog.png
These errors are causing my load times to go on as long as 3 mins and alot of sitting at a black screen, also safe mode is a bit better and often results in getting past the black screen alot faster. I do have a recovery disc for a last resort. But as you can see these go on for quite along time and carry on going like this for the next 3-4 thousand lines ... I need some help as i have no idea what i am supposed to do in a situation like this

Erm to be honest i did upgrade to windows 10 but it was a long time ago and don't remember if when i had windows 8.1 is was any better, its been like this for ages. Also my computer tends to lag from time to time and when it has these spikes its usely the disk usage being at 100% however no process is using more that 5Mb/s. That kinda gives me an idea that its something wrong with my disk. My load times on games are alot slower than any of my friends (usually 5-6 seconds) and none of my friends have ssd's. When my pc loads up it shows up a Zoostorm logo (the make of my pc) for about 50-60 seconds followed by a black screen for about another minute then the windows screen for around 15-25 seconds. As far as any other grade ive updated my nvidia drivers and about a 2-3 months ago got a gtx 970 and a corsair 750w power supply.

    Suggestion only :
If this problem happened only recently and there were times the system was running fine, then.....
Run a system restore. Pick a date you had no such problem as your restore point.
    System Restore Windows 10

If that does not help or not possible to use, my next suggestion is to run a Reset option.
Right click at Start > select Settings on the left side > select Update and Security > left side, select Recovery > right side, under Reset this PC, click the "Get started" button.

Run the reset as I mentioned. It does not matter that the problem has been for 3 months. The built-in Reset option is good anytime.
You might as well forget about system restore. I am not sure you can fins a good restore point that is over 2 months old.

I have not run a trouble shooter yet, how do you want me to do it? The one that comes with windows or a third-party app??

My suggestion is to use the Reset option.
However, the decision is yours to make.
