    I have done the thing saying to do the sfc three times and restart every time
    In which I have done still no fix currently I am depending on this from a Microsoft technician but I am waiting for further orders from them:
    Follow the below steps:

    1) Press Windows key + x key and Select Command prompt (Admin).

    2) Type the following commands.

    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    The instructions I want from them are after typing that into cmd do I restart the computer then do sfc or do sfc right after putting it in

    Are you able to post back with your sfcdetails from OPTION FIVE now that you ran SFC from within Windows?

    We help in the posts, but what part of the steps in the tutorial I posted above are you not clear about? I'll be happy to help. :)

    If you ran SFC from within Windows, then you should have something in the sfcdetails this time. Use OPTION FIVE below to see what you get this round. :)

    Basically doing OPTION THREE in the same tutorial above to run the SFC command in a command prompt inside your running Windows 10. Not at boot or in safe mode.
