    Options missing from Disk Cleanup

When I run disk cleanup I only get these 3.

I should have all these I think. Any ideas why not? They are still missing if I click on "Clean up system files" also.

As a guess I copied HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\VolumeCaches from the working to not-working system but it made no difference. This is a clean install of Windows 10 Pro done on Sunday.

    Hello halasz, :)

You might see if you may have more options using extended Disk Cleanup.

Thanks for the quick replay. Yes all the options show up if I do the sageset as described in the tutorial.

If I just run diskmgr (from start or runbox or drive properties) though I still only get those 3...

I'm not sure why you would only get those 3 and not the others. Odd.

    Guess I'll try repair install..

EDIT - that didn't work. After repair install all options were there. Selected, "Clear up system files" and selected all options all to clear Windows.old etc and am now back to only two options - Downloaded Program Files and Recycle Bin.

Nor me. I've now done a clean install and it is the same. First time I run cleanmgr it is normal. Second time back to 2 options only.

    I have Office 2010, 7-zip and Notepad++ installed only.

Strange. Are you using official installation media?

Yes I am certain the install media is OK.

I thought there may be an issue so I downloaded the ISO again through the Media Tool yet agin. I did a clean install using @Kari's tutorial for sysprep, that didn't work (I didn't follow the instructions correctly and activated with the built in Administrator account so nothing worked after OOBE).

I did another clean install (after re-formatting the disk) and still it is the same.

The first time I run cleanmgr everything OK, the second I have only 2 options as in post #5.

If you haven't already, see if doing a clean install using the method below will give different results in case something went wrong during the sysprep method.

Once you clean them the first time, you won't have as many next time since Disk Cleanup will usually only show what is available to be cleaned. However, you normally would have more than those options available.

I will try. I've done too many clean installs recently so I'll leave it a day or two. I don't mind re-installing Windows (it is only 20 minutes or so to install) but Office 2010 takes half a day to download.... I make backups but clearly not at the right time. Office 2010, 7-zip and notepad++ should work though.
