Is fast startup on?
Fast startup can be enabled in the BIOS ( etc ), and might be a mode within Windows to use as well. Point being it makes startup
looks faster, Sometimes you have to turn it off depending on what machine your using, or if the information it loads from might be problematic. This might affect the boot speed ................... Personally I keep it off.

Checkout "ShutupWindows10" and use the latest, to flick off as many things you can understand. Like maybe you want Windows update off for instance. Windows is constantly talking and sending and receiving data-back, If too many things are on while this is occurring can slow your performance. Same reason why Windows sucks ( in marketing ) because of all the bs that is on that does not need to be on.

Is your video driver working?
How much ram do you have ( because based on amount Windows 10 will automatically take 4-6Gigs for itself. However in lower
amounts Windows 10 will take up less then 1Gigs.

This is a problem I am having. My Searchapp keeps taking up memory and appears to be indexing. IDK maybe when I touch base with Microsoft. IDK. But many guides have suggest removing search, but I want to turn it off. I can do this with a .bat file but again
I should not have to. I still want search but again as with
MusicUI
Microsoft Photos
Keylogger
Lockapp ????
etc these things should not be on all the time, but again I could be wrong

Swap out Maleware Bytes for Avast. Honestly I feel Maleware Bytes is out-dated in comparison to Avast, but again your choice.
Just buy Avast if not then ????
Stop using those browsers ( Edge and Opera ). Use Basilisk with Classic No-Scripts ( or Yes Scripts ) add on. Edge and others takes up a lot of memory when using, and needs to be configured. I stop using Opera when I found out it is a mainland Asia Company?? China??? Yeah so I would stop using Opera in the current world unless you really need to.
Google Earth is it's own program/app/portable and unless you need to log in, I highly suggest finding an install of Google Earth and just using the official install of Google Earth. Why would you need to use any Web browser for Google Earth???
Checkout
Ram-Map, ( windows 8 and vista program ??? ).... That being said I forget but there is a built in Ram program that is better then
Taskmanager.
Process Hacker 2 - As good as you will ever get
System internals - Now remember this has been brought by Microsoft but you can find is stand alone or a store-app ( which I do not prefer ). If anything make sure to get the install or portable.
