    This is what I have on Win10 Pro, no Dark Mode, no third-party customization:

    Dark mode is on. The settings should located be under personalize.
    Otherwise you could use Winareo Tweaker to switch between modes.

    Dark mode is built into Windows and is better then a blindingly white display on at all. You can customize to make it grey or
    "Like paper" colors but it nearly impossible to do so without changing personalize options which is literally time consuming
    for most people.

    We see this all the time. It's only blindingly white if you don't adjust it via graphics control panel or other available methods.

    I work in an office with multiple PC's all running Windows 10 and none of them are "blindingly white"

    Just saying.

    If you don't know how to adjust then this usually works.

    What's the fascination with dark mode?

    Could use it but it's not what I want.

    You mean the title bar ? you can

    A. Enable color bars inside Winareo Tweaker

    B. Enable color bars inside Personalize ( as a theme I guess ).

    C. Enable color bars as a theme via run

    shell:::{ED834ED6-4B5A-4bfe-8F11-A626DCB6A921}

    Select Windows Default or Windows Light, followed by a restart.
    Reapply Dark theme settings in Winaero, restart

    However if you have colored bars enabled the colored bars will take possession. Color bar is based off your current wallpaper you have selected.
