As for ASN212238, it's a datacenter that we have blocked due to its use by spammers to access the site via VPNs from that network.

If you are using a VPN and getting that message, just switch off your VPN.

tenforums opens using Brave.
tenforums won't open using Firefox.

Windows 10 will be End of life next year, so if you can upgrade, you should.

I have, for all my machines that are supported devices. Haven't regretted it.

For almost all of my unsupported devices I am sticking with W10 until EoL. I'll make up my mind then whether to use a workaround to upgrade to W11 (the exception being a test machine, running W11 since launch to see how W11 behaves on an unsupported device).

Sure... go to Windows 11. Just make a backup of Windows 10, before you do.
That way if you don't like or don't want to continue on Windows 11, you'll be able to get back to Windows 10,
after the ten day grace period.
