issue pc freeze often

    i have few user that have freeze in task bar when they move from one app to another
    random cannot reproduce every time

    i mean few users with pc that experience freeze in the task bar when they pass from one app to another 30 sec but they getting pissoff...... i update all drivers sfc, check disk etc... still happen but random , windows update and office updates also
