Booting to Logon screen for minimum 60 minutes

    Hi,

My current system which is a top build from 2017 that is:
    Windows 10 22H2 19045.3930
    Intel Core i7 6950X
    X99A Godlike Gaming Carbon
128 GB of speedy memory (sorry forgot the exact model)
    Nvidia RTX 2080 TI
    one M2 Samsun drive
    three Samsung SSD's
    two Hard Drives

So my system suddenly started to boot to logon screen for over an hour.
At first I thought that it was the OS so I reinstalled the Windows 10 on another SSD but no luck.
The same behaviour proceeded with clean setup.
I cleaned the computer and switched around SATA connections.
I think it's hardware related but where to look for clues as which is the culprit.
As the last resort I created the WPR file and I'm hoping somebody can help me with reading the file as I'm new to Windows Performace Analyzer and it did not tell me nothing.

I put 7zipped file on my Google Drive (250 MB -- raw files are 3.5 GB)
    The link:

    Please help if you can.

    Thanks,
    -Arek

    Thanks for replying.

I have not tried booting with just the OS SSD cause I'm not sure which disk is it.
I'll try today disconnect the drives and connect just one SSD.
I did not do that because I thought that the Boot Sector or whatever it's called was on another drive and it will not boot without it.
I see you suspect the drives. Good point.
I will do that today and tell you exactly how long it takes to boot to Login screen. Cause after the login the windows works kind a slow but mostly ok.

    Thanks

The really obvious, easy and quick thing to do is to check your disks..
Hard Disk Sentinel is excellent- covers SSDs too.. comprehensible comment on each disk.

Simply install, run it and look at what is says about each disk (tabs on left for each one).

Full functional trial. Recent giveaway: might still be valid:

Thank you Dalchina for the HDSeninel. I installed it and ran it. It shows all in order with the drives.

I changed the SATA ports for the drives and it seems to boot to login in about 2 minutes.
I know it's too long but an hour to 2 minutes I call it progress.
Many times when I was changing the SATA ports the disk "Windows 10" which is the old installation of windows was missing from Disk Manager and Windows but it was showing in BIOS and in Booting.
In the end I don't know what to do about the 2 minutes but I'm happy and I can live with such a annoyance.
So thank you all for help.

    @arci
Your Samsung 970 EVO Plus probably needs a firmware update. (4B2QEXM7.iso) Can be downloaded from Samsung/support.
UNetbootin ist suggested for the flash and works perfect.

Do you have 2 Win 10 installations on separate disks?

Did you maybe install Win 10 recently with other disks in place at the time you did that?

If one's on a HDD, for example, and you're now booting that one, you would have a longer boot time.

Just a thought as apart from that comment there's nothing to show what's on your disks.

It seems that the boot manager partition is one the F: partition and windows is on the C: partition.
Windows should be on the M.2 970 EVO and not on a SATA SSD

Please post a whole window Disk Manager image of ALL your drives. Don't forget to expand the columns so we can read them. How to Post a Screenshot of Disk Management
If you have a MiniTool or AOMEI Partition use it instead or Windows disk manager.

On some MBs the M.2 share resources with the last SATA ports so a SATA drive can be interfering on the boot M.2 SSD. Have a look at the MB manual
