Print request from customer is sporadic, how to up reliability?

When print request from customer is sporadic, how to improve reliability for print (to achieve half an hour turn around)? I need to involve IT ASAP when computer has problem.

I need help to be proactive to ensure when I need to print, there is no problem.
This has been months since I print hardcopy; when I need it ASAP it is not happening for two days already; all network printers do not show it in the printer queue.
These network printers are printing for my co-workers.
My IT is still working on it after three days of raised ticket.
Is it possible to be pro-active rather than suddenly find printing is not working for me?
Since they found hard drive errors via sfc command, which is restricted to IT, is it possible for me to check and scan but not repair which I believe is IT scope?

If achievable, I can raise IT ticket sooner for them to investigate and repair; instead of waiting for me to experience problem with an infrequent App like printing.

Since they found hard drive errors via sfc command
    - discrepancies shown by SFC do not necessarily mean the drive is physically faulty.

If you can open an admin command prompt you can run
    chkdsk c: /scan

    - but you probably won't be allowed to do that.

That doesn't check the integrity of the whole disk either- it's only a check of the file system integrity on the current partition.

Your options are probably very limited.

What about daily inspect Events? Shortcut to know Disk related issue?

Thanks, I am now learning how to use Events Viewer which seems to be more applicable than sfc..
I wish Microsoft make this information to general user instead of involving IT too late.
When I am asked to print, there is normally no allowance for more than half an hour.

    Quote from Microsoft Community
In the Event Viewer, you might want to look for events with the source as "Disk" or "Disk Error." Unfortunately, there isn't a specific universal ID for all disk-related issues.
I am working on how to narrow down what to look for
Further questions I need help on:
    (1) Events Viewer - is it possible to narrow down what to look for my typicals:
    MS Paint
    Outlook Mail no attachment
    PowerPoint
    Word
    Edge
    OneNote
    Windows Explorer
    Teams
    Acrobat
    (2) is this for Windows 10 Enterprise? there is no events from ntfs sources. What other Events sources should I try?
What Events and Event Sources are for missing or corrupted system files?

    (3) Reliability Monitor - does it help? my screenshot as follows

My post to Microsoft Learn as follows
Is there more specifics on Event Sources related to sfc command? to improve reliability for standby print (to achieve half an hour turn around), I need to involve IT before printing. Since there is no self-check for printing and sfc is restricted to admin, I am advised to periodically open Event Viewer and search for disk related issue.
