    Hi

    When i restart and run this chkdsk /f C: command starts to run then after 1 minute stops and opens desktop?

    Are you doing this from an Administrator Command Prompt? Even so it won't let you do it on the mounted C: drive. However, it will ask you if you want Windows to perform the task the next time the computer boots.

    Thats how i'd expect it to work. Does it detect and fix any errors? If there's no errors it will quit quickly.

    I do admin starts 33seconds then boots to windows
