Can't get to BIOS (fastboot won't disable)

In preparation for an upgrade to Windows 11, I have converted my Windows 10 boot drive SSD from MBR to GPT. I then tried to reboot into BIOS (B450 Aorus Elite, Ryzen 7 2700X), but I cannot get to the BIOS as the machine keeps booting straight back into Windows. In my power settings I have fast boot disabled, so I can't work out how to get to the BIOS config.

Any ideas?? I'm running Windows 10 Pro 22H2.

I just ran that. The machine shut down, I heard a beep but then nothing. The power was on, but no BIOS, no Windows boot-up, and he display remained blank. I waited 15 minutes, then hit the reset button. It rebooted into Windows again.
    ???

I don't have a boor order override key AFAIK

And you are already in UEFI-Mode? The above command doesn't work if you are in BIOS. How did you convert from MBR to GPT.?

No I am not in UEFI mode. I had converted my boot drive to GPT, and was trying to reboot to switch to UEFI mode

I used mbr2gpt.exe in \windows\system32. Disk management now shows my C: as GPT (but if it ever hard reboots it will fail, as I have not configured UEFI on the board)

If you're struggling to boot to BIOS perhaps

    a.
How do I boot into Aorus BIOS?
You can access the BIOS from the Windows Settings menu on your computer. To do this, click on the Start menu and go to Settings. Once here, click on “Update”, and then select “Recovery.” Under “Advanced Startup”, select “Restart Now.” This will restart your computer and bring you to the BIOS menu.

What is the BIOS key for Gigabyte B450 Aorus elite?
When starting up the PC, press "Del" to enter BIOS setting and then press F8 to enter Dual BIOS setting.
