Slow App Launch with Delays

I'm just observing facts & putting forward a reasoned answer. Partially based on your video.
You answered 2 mins after my post which means you have done nothing about what I suggested, maybe that would have taken an hour or so.

I never mentioned drivers or whether you had a regular Windows installation for you/friend, because that is not relevant.

e.g. For OpenOffice I do not install the Quick Start module or the Scheduler for Auto updating. So that is swopping a slower load time for less background tasks.
