Cursor problem/Boot virus?

Well that makes sense and somehow i missed that the computer is a touch screen, i never looked in the specs section. Circles would come up on some touch screens for visual reference so i should of put two and two together.

Yeah most if not all touchscreens are glass so its an issue to replace unless the manufacture makes spare part replacements, often times this day in age they don't because we are throw away society now.

With several days passed since I turned off the touchscreen, the problem doesn't seem to be raising its ugly head. Thank you to all who helped steer me through the swamp. And thanks for all the tips, which I explored and may use if needed later.
