After having tried everything with your configuration, changing the CPU, the same or another reference would be the solution.

Solved: Re: 5950x Windows 10 Freezing - AMD Community
From the link "Reddit - Dive into anything":

    Code:
Core Voltage (Auto) sets at 1.449V
In Ryzen Master the core voltage in my system defaulted to 1.3875V with a BIOS limit at 1.55V.

I adjusted the "Peak Core(s) Voltage" two steps up to 1.4V and changed the frequency to 3400. It has not crashed yet. My "benchmark" program I am using came in at 68 seconds.

OCCT reports the CPU Core Voltage to be min 1.306V to max 1.381V during this time.

It's good. I knew that in the links there would be settings/data that might interest you.

Could you confirm you are still using the GTX 780 and if so ,you are aware it is now 10 years old and not suitable for modern games.

When the problems started I had a GTX 2080 Super installed. As I replaced parts I ended up with the GTX 780(I am only playing Civ5 for games).

Could you go back to Reliability History and select the date containing the red-flagged entry.
Then left click on the Critical Events line which has the red-flagged entry.
Next RIGHT click on the selection and a box should appear with ---view technical details ---in it.
Left click on it and a report will appear telling you the report was sent to Microsoft and giving the Problem Event Name and Application Name.
Use these two combined to search for the cause[s].
Every freeze event generates a report,.The hard part is finding it.The most common cause of a freeze is normally the GPU.

I am going to edit this post later. I am away from the computer in question for some days.
