    Is there a way to run? sfc CMD without admin privileges also another way to access the prompt without typing CMD.

    ALSO, WHEN I RESTART MY COMPUTER, IT DOES NOT SAVE MY PASSWORDS ANYMORE Gmail

    No. The reason is that what happens is that SFC is making changes to Windows files if necessary.

    another way to access the prompt without typing CMD
    In the Search box on the Taskbar start typing command and you will be given choices, pick the one with Administrative.
