slow nvme when opening a file's properties

Hi, I have a strange problem on a kingston nv2, doing the crystal diskmark test it gives me about 3200mb per second speed, and since then no problem
however, it happened to me when I go to see the properties of a random (small-sized) file on this ssd that also takes 30 seconds to load, as if it crashed
and also in the games I noticed strange blocks, surely due to this problem
    what could it depend on?
    i'm on win10

and also when right click context menu a non-existent link, the menu take about 5-6 second to open, in every ssd or hard disk

He already told you! It's more than likely due to a shell extension that's messing around with Explorer.

Autoruns can kind of help where you can disable the suspected crap under the Explorer tab in Autoruns, reboot and see if the same problem exists. This would be a process of elimination to find out what shell extension is interacting with Explorer and messing things up.

And thank you for your reply.

It seems you have 2 different problems. The context menu problem has been addressed.

There is a clue from the link you posted:
I'v just about done anything that I can think of but as far as I can remember this issue suddenly started happening one day after Windows force installed a Cumulative Update and since that day this problem persisted.
Do you have any idea when this started?
(Few posters give any history, unfortunately).

Unfortunately that doesn't help in trying to relate it to updates or builds.

Also from that link there's another clue- under
I finally figured out that it was a combination of two issues:
    - although that's a rather different scenario to yours so definitely not directly applicable.

    Run this instead.

Make sure AHCI is on, but if it's not let use know because you can't turn it on after you installed Windows.

    Have you checked BIOS settings?

Read the SMART Info. with this. SMART data is not a full proof way of gauging drive health, but it's better than nothing.
