Another slow booting PC prior to login screen!

I decided to make a new thread since my appending this to my previous one wasn't getting any traction (3 minute boot time prior to login screen (10 Home 22H2, 10.0.19045))

Believe it or not, another customer came calling today with the same issue. But this time, he has nothing plugged into his LG Gram 16 laptop. Core i7 13th gen, 32GB RAM, 512 NVMe, Win 11 Home 64-bit running 21H2 (build 22000.2295). Yes I know I can upgrade him to 22H2 and will. He just got back from the Bahamas yesterday and said this only started upon his return. I created a trace file and landed on the same ReadyBoot issue, but couldn't figure out how @zinou got to that spot in the WPA generic events graph. So here is the attached trace, maybe you don't mind assisting again?

Hi, which of your two identical questions do you wish people to spend time on?

    This one, or this one?
3 minute boot time prior to login screen (10 Home 22H2, 10.0.19045)

Raising the same question in two parts of the forum is not good practice. Thanks.

Since they are different computers and different traces, let's keep them separate and answer in this thread. Thanks for the help!

    Analysis

    Hi rgorbie,
This machine is having an issue with ReadyBoost mostly but there are some other things to take care of as well.

    1. Manually disable the sysmain service in Windows to disable ReadyBoost. This service was running in the trace and is not needed on Windows with SSD storage.

    Line #,Display Name,Service Name,Process,Service Tag,State,Load Order Group
    192,SysMain,SysMain,svchost.exe (3380),0x000000D2,Running,ProfSvc_Group

    Command to disable SysMain:
    sc.exe config SysMain start=disabled

    2. Intel Smart Sound driver is taking up CPU during the Session Init boot phase. The driver version is 10.24.00.7919, an update to the latest may help. Access Denied[Downloads]

    3. A BIOS update may also help as Intel Smart Sound had some issues that were BIOS related in the past at least on Intel NUCs. Access Denied

    4. There is also delays in the Winlogon phase which are also caused by ReadyBoost, so when the service is disabled it should clear up.
