That sounds about right. You're using a NVMe SSD, rather than a 2.5" like I am.
We could shave a few seconds more if it wasn't for that black screen between Windows logo and desktop or the welcome screen.

Sometimes I cannot make sense why a system will boot rapidly or not. I have a Mini PC that boot from a cold off to being on the desktop in 18 seconds. However, I have a FAR more powerful desktop system that takes longer than 18 seconds just to get to the point in POST where is shows the ASUS logo on the screen. I suspect that it may be doing a RAM test and since that system has 128GB RAM, that may be what is slowing it down but cannot say this for sure.

I have noticed this on my pc. I shut down pc every night. When I boot up the next morning it takes longer. I forget the time though. I'll check in the morning.
I call this a cold boot when the pc has been powered off all night.
I call a warm boot if I shut down and boot back up.
I think it has something to do with residual power still in the pc and it drains overnight. Just thinking out loud here.

In the desktop all the electrical signals have to travel further.
    Just kidding ofc.

You're probably right... it's probably counting all that RAM.

Many Bioseses have a setting for whether or not to run through the whole of POST if the Bios does not think it needs to.
