a graphics card that freezes with one driver but not with another can happen when the graphics card is bad or not getting enough power because a simpler driver does not tax the card like a full driver. The moment windows loads the desktop is a point of peak power usage, hardware problems sometimes occur right then to no fault of windows.

I would boot from a bootable usb drive made from a hirens or strelec iso, instructions are easy to find, it will take you 10 minutes. Then benchmark the hell out of your system using their tools. If everything comes up roses only then can you conclude that this is not a hardware problem. I've seen a zillion people spend days troubleshooting windows when the issue all along was some gremlin hardware failure that produces windows error messages which fool you into thinking its a windows problem but its really a hardware problem.
This problem has nothing to do with the graphics card because Windows has the same problem without it and it loads correctly only in safe mode.
My suspicion is first about TPM and then about power
If it was a hardware problem, I would definitely see its effects while working with Windows and software
But I have not seen a problem until today!

If you have peripherals connected to the computer leave only the keyboard and mouse to see.

Run SFC Command in Windows 10: Run SFC Command in Windows 10

    Check drive errors
Drive Error Checking in Windows 10: Drive Error Checking in Windows 10

Even if you did a clean install the fresh install can cause corrupted system file problems I have experienced this many times.

I had done the sfc command before, but it had no effect!

I said in the previous post:
If it wasn't for the Kaspersky antivirus license limit, I would have gone to the previous builds
But I have a limited number of Windows installations and I cannot install new Windows more than 2 times a year!

I had seen that. I explained myself badly, I meant that even after a fresh clean install, do the verification commands above sfc etc.

Don't bother with Kaspersky you can create a small partition(50-60gb) on the ssd(or hdd) and install any windows build there to test without installing kaspersky on it. There will be no problem with the windows 10 license and the other windows 10 will be activated.

There is safe mode with and without network, if you used safe mode without network try safe mode with network, maybe ethernet adapter problem.

Safe mode was run in two modes without problems!

I installed Windows in another memory, unfortunately, it got stuck again and the situation was the same

You have tested a lot of things. I read the whole thread well, normally you didn't try to remove the ssd and install windows 10 on the hdd. You haven't tested the memory sticks and memory slots on the motherboard. To test memory and slots, you test one memory stick at a time on all the motherboard slots. Normally after that, you have to finalize the memory test with memtest86 or memtest86+ during the night. For memtest+ nothing to adjust you launch it from a usb flash drive until you reach 8 passes.

I removed the ssd and the hard drive and installed Windows on another ssd that I had for a long time, but the problem of freezing was still there.
I also tested the RAM one by one (only I did not test with the program)
Without a graphics card, the situation is the same
Believe me, this problem has nothing to do with the hardware!
The system was reacting during operation
It would either hang or be reset!

The problem started with the previous build 20H2
and build 22H was the same
But build 20H had no problem until a few days ago
All of a sudden, I think it happened after the Microsoft update!
Why should I use the old build when an update is released for Windows?
What is this update that caused this problem for me? and why this problem did not happen to other users? What is the real reason?
I have created this topic for this question!
    -----

Now that I have restarted Windows again, the mouse and keyboard are disabled when entering Windows, and after freezing and 100% processor activity, they are connected.

If you have this problem because of a windows update then other people have it too but not all, it must depend on the hardware, drivers etc.
Try windows 11, go to eleven forum to find installation workaround, there are several. I installed on an old desktop windows 11 with the rufus method. If it's okay, you'll be quiet after 2025.

edit you don't have other keyboard and mouse to test?

Try a restart without the keyboard.
