CMD and SFC refuse to run anymore,

I just discovered this. Mybe others wont run either.
PC is on the latest 10 version
They can be typed in but will not execute.
All this after trying to make Miracast work.
I was able to start up and run Malware bytes, so it is running a check and found nothing wrong

I also saw the screen resolution had been changed off of 1080p

What do you do if SFC wont run? It flashes up a screen for less than a second and it dissappears.
I have restarted PC twice.

I thought to run SFC as maybe has corrupted files

Nope, right now It wont run CMD at all.
SFC also wont run, no errors appear on screen, just click it and it is dead like you did not click it. Also it wont run from file manager

Since I almost never run either of those, who knows how long this has been a problem. I only just noticed it as I was trying to make Miracast function, which also does not work on 3 different PC.

Ok, I can try safe mode, how do you tell it to reboot safe mode?

Interesting, well I ran the bat file and it is now updating to 22H2 version

Yes, that one does run. It is installing 22H2, I checked and CMD still wont run after running the bat file off the youtube video
