Slower PC after restore point
I think my specs should be somewhere, it asked for them when I registered
Windows Version number: Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.3031)
I've had this problem ever since I reverted to a previous restore point and I did a bit of research and apparently, my problems should've died down a bit a day or two after reverting to the restore point. It has been around 3 days, and my pc is still quite slow and completely freezes alot, maybe even more than before.
What's happening quite often is that my pc would totally freeze for about 10-15 seconds. It happens completely randomly or while I'm doing something (like browsing, in which case the browser would stop responding and my pc would freeze right after).
I had task manager open while playing a game to see what happened whenever these freezes happened, and it just dips down while I'm frozen and goes back up when I'm not. I thought it was weird and it might help diagnose my problem so I'll leave screenshots of it here:

Also, on the day I used system restore, I had accidentally unplugged my pc while it was on. When I turned it back on, it went to "auto repair mode", repairing my drives. I think it failed and it suggested that I reinstalled windows, I decided not to as I didn't have a USB to save my files, and so I decided to log into windows and revert to a previous restore point. This previous restore point would be very recent since, on that day, I had updated Windows the day prior.
Ever since then, my pc has been quite slow and has been freezing a lot. I'm not too sure why this happens as, before I used system restore, my PC was completely fine. Should I maybe wait longer, or would I need to reinstall windows maybe?
Thanks for any help.
