Why in my settings shows the MCAFEE Default search engine no option to delete?

where did it come from and how do I delete it

Only you can answer that because it sounds this is something that frequently happens as a result of some user action, unintentional, unbeknownst or deliberate.

Have you installed/updated any programs recently ?

Did you have to close any popups on web sites you visited ?

In some web browsers you can't delete search engine choices, only change the default option

Check any browser extensions/addons

Run Malwarebytes (freeware version)

EDIT : "goggle"? .. I assume this means you're using Google Chrome web browser ? Uninstall> re-install (don't forget to save your favourites first).
