He doesnt seem to return for results anyway, either that or every bit of our input is a first time fix. I still reckon his system is infected.

I agree. And apparently still has Java installed.... at least that's the filepath that the scanner appears to be scanning in the screenshot, with - at the time - some weird filename or alternate data stream attached to the public_suffix_list.dat file.

That's the JRE package localized for SA-ar (Arabic markets).
