Slow computer for a few days

Hi everyone,
I've been noticing my computer slowing down for about a week.
I didn't understand what happened, I didn't install anything new and I shouldn't have any malware having done antivirus scans and whatnot.
It is slow to open windows and web pages on the internet.
The strange thing is that in safe mode it seems to be fast and normal in speed.
Maybe it's a video problem? I tried cleaning the Intel video card and re-installing an old driver (from the manufacturer's site) and reinstalling the old driver also for the dedicated Nvidia card but unfortunately nothing changed.
Task manager processes and performance are normal and I don't detect anything out of the ordinary.
What do you recommend to do? What checks and attempts can I do? I would like to exclude formatting because it would be challenging with the things I have on my PC to re-install everything.

There is only one yellow triangle "Max90-S8 A2DP SNK". It is repeated twice. One of them is yellow, the other is not.
I think it's something I installed a while ago to connect my phone (Samsung S8) with Windows for calls, if I remember correctly.

Have a look at your Update History. When was the most recent update? Which was it?

Try a clean boot (Google or see tutorial if unsure how).
Is performance any better?

Simple restoration options:
a. System Restore- if you have a restore point created before this started
b. A disk image of your O/S partitions- created by a 3rd party imaging program before this started (the routine and regular use of disk imaging is endlessly recommended here so you can recover to a previous good state when bad things happen).

drive C has 40GB free.
I think paging is set by default.
The problem started towards the beginning of the month, probably in the days close to April 1st.
The update in those days that was installed is the KB5023773. The problem is that I installed it hoping it would solve the problem, since the pc was slow in those days. The previous update dates back to 03/17 and therefore excluded that it is the cause of the problem.

I did a clean boot and it got better. Surely maybe it's better to redo the clean driver re-installation procedure for the two video cards, but it already works well. Maybe it was better if I didn't uninstall them.
How do I figure out what's causing the problem? Make sure it works with a clean boot.

i disabled all non-microsoft services and all startup stuff and it seems improved (although it still doesn't feel as snappy as before). What can I do?
I'm trying to enable things slowly to see what changes .. I'm still convinced that it's a video driver problem, seeing the task manager the pc isn't doing who knows what demanding
