That update appears to have been installed some time before the problem occurred. In any case, it doesn't appear among the updates that I can uninstall.
Also I couldn't find any restore points older than today, I don't know why.
it just installed the updates automatically now: KB5025915 and KB5025221, maybe it gets better.
Maybe the only thing is to slowly try to enable the services and the rest and update the drivers?
it's strange because sometimes it seems to be fine, with everything deactivated. Maybe it's really something that annoys the services

Updating drivers is probably the least likely to make a difference... and never use a driver updater tool for routine updates.

The problem is that even now that I've disabled everything there's always a bit of generic slowness.
Obviously going to rehabilitate the various things the situation will worsen even more. For this I have the feeling that it is also something else.

For the drivers it is true, I want to try to do a total cleaning of both video cards with DDU and re-install the two drivers. What tips to use? From Windows Update or the ones I find on the manufacturer's website even if they are older in version?

Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
chkdsk c: /f
It will say your disk is in use and ask if you want to schedule to next start = yes
Restart

Done. no problems detected.
I don't have any other M2 SSDs.

The paging file is managed automatically.

I try Crystal Diskmark and the other program and update you.
