I can assure you that I have done my own research, and I will also do that going forward. I have learned that whenever you have recovered the files in Found.00x directories, there is still a lot of work on updating the files with the right extension. I have found a few apps that can automate this task. Otherwise it could be quite cumbersome to handle thousands of files. I am grateful that I could benefit from your expertise in TestDisk app, but I expect to manage perfectly fine on my own the rest of the way.
