I think it's time you done a full reinstall of Windows considering the number of issues you're having.

Hello @walleyeblugill,

You have had a LOT of problems and issues over the last few months as per ALL your posts.

I think it is seriously time to consider performing a Clean Install AFTER you have backed-up ALL your data AND created a System Image using one of the recommended imaging programs constantly recommended on this Forum.

> Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect
> Clean Install Windows 10

I am sure that it will get rid of a LOT of your problems and it will give you a nice new clean system.

I have an English Doodle, 2 years old. He continually and purposefully pushes his favorite ball under one of our sofas and then whines and cries until we come and pull it out from under there for him.
