    Hello, Timmy. Just for clarification, are you wanting to backup just the desktop configuration or layout, or did you want to backup the entire drive that holds the Operating System?

    Agreed, i like to see the outcome of my suggestions to people. I strongly believe the cure to his issues is a full re-install.
